Reiki Training 1
Level 1 is the first step in your Reiki journey to greater connection to this beautiful transformative energy practice! At this level you will learn the history of Reiki, best practices, a solid framework to connect, protect, direct, and disconnect.
Self Reiki is the path to learning how to safely work with this ancient Japanese healing practice. You will also learn how to work with people, places, animals, and plants!
Upon completion of the course, demonstrating your understanding, you will receive certification though the IARP in Usui Ryoho Reiki, Level 1.
Inner Child Healing Workshop
Many of our life choices, behaviours, and beliefs are rooted in our early formative years - from birth to 7. This shapes of perception above the world around us and ourselves.
If you’re seeking a deeper understanding of the way you move through this life and the choices you’ve made, then we invite you to join us for this transformatively healing experience.
You’ll be guided in a safe, compassionate and nurturing environment, exploring emotions and energetic imprints you may, or may not be aware of Within your physical, mental and energetic bodies.
You may experience powerful releases, insights, and deep healing. Come prepared with water, a journal, blankets, cushion or pillow.
