Reiki Infused Yin Yoga

A deeply restorative workshop to release tension in the body and mind. Postures are held for 4-6 minutes, allowing the body to relax and soften, activating the parasympathetic response that signals to the body it is safe to rest. Reiki energy is infused to each student throughout the practice, inducing a deeper calm and more restful sleep.
